Hello, my name is Rhys. I’m a 32 year old man living in Selsey, West Sussex. I’m passionate about my well-being, nature and living by the sea. Over several years, I have been exploring techniques to get better headspace, and now I want to share them with you!

 

The South Coast Sea Gods invest some of the company’s profits back into to local mental health events and charities to help build support and awareness for all. Your purchase supports us supporting them.

We also run free community Dip & Chat sessions where we want to encourage all men to push themselves out of their comfort zones, learn new skills and take a moment for their mental health. Us blokes have all got those things which weigh us down, we don’t talk about them and we definitely don’t make enough time for us! These sessions are for any men to turn up, meet new people, do some breath work to help clear our minds and a refreshing sea dip.
