The Pavilion - The Venue

This is your space – somewhere for you to come to feel better, regardless of age or experience, fitness or agility.  Designed around the needs of the Chichester community this beautiful park-side location is the perfect space to care for your mind and body and connect with those around you.  The Pavilion Chichester houses a wonderful fitness studio for group classes, therapy rooms for 1-2-1 sessions and a friendly café (Caccia & Tails) with outdoor seating overlooking the park.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: A towel and trunks for the ice baths

Q: When shall I arrive?
A: 5-10 minutes before, we will start at 10am prompt

Q: Is there on sight parking?
A: Yes, there is parking at additional cost and spaces are limited. 

Q: Are these sessions for beginners?
A: Yes, we'll start from scratch, going at your own pace and teaching you all the foundations 

Q: Is food and drink provided?
A: No, there is an on sight cafe selling delicious food and a great drink selection

Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: Yes, this is for adults only, all participants must be 18+

A: We highly recommend you do, this day has be created for you to try various 
activities that support your wellbeing
