Use the form below to request to return items to us.

You can return items to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund, as long as they’re in the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached, and in an unworn condition.

All returns are handled via a third party courier*, returns cannot be made in person. If you want to exchange an item, please detail this in the reason section within the form, we'll do our best to offer discounted delivery charges (subject to availability).

Please note because of the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or swimwear, this list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.

Once you have completed the return request, we will contact you via email to confirm courier collection within 5 working days. Sometimes our emails land in your junk inbox, please check this if you haven't heard from us.

*A £4 returns courier charge will be automatically deducted from the total return value.
Right to Cancel:
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Orders that have already been dispatched will need to be returned to us through the usual returns method.
If cancelling an order this means returning the order in its entirety to our warehouse, in this instance a full refund, including outward shipping costs will be given within 14 days of us receiving it back.
If you cancel an order that was paid for by gift card or credit note you will be entitled to a gift card or credit note. You will not be entitled to a refund.
